As we make our way toward the third quarter of 2022, we would like to share a few datasets for the GameFi market so far observed in the first half of 2022 according to data from Footprint Analytics:
During the past 9 months, GameFi market cap has declined from $20 billion to $5.6 billion. Meanwhile, we can see the BTC market cap has also declined from $900 billion to $445 billion;
GameFi active users have dropped from 42.63 million to 6.24 million since January 2022; GameFi trading volume has dropped from $3.13 billion to $0.18 billion;
